AL DENTE

There is an “Al Dente” way of cooking and eating pasta: it’s a matter of taste, creativity, passion for good food, attention to well-being. It is an integral part of a centuries-old enogastronomic tradition, with a profound pasta-making vocation, recognised and appreciated all over the world.

Global pasta makers return to celebrate pasta at the World pasta day 2020 with Al Dente, an event that involves the best worlwide chefs to pay homage to the uniqueness of pasta. From October 18th to 25th, the most prestigious restaurants will reserve a special role for pasta in their menus.
Moreover, on October 25th, on the occasion of the World Pasta Day, the celebrations will culminate with an activation on the main social channels, to remind the world that pasta is a unique food.

It knows how to surprise with its taste, never ceases to renew itself and retains a soul “al dente”.
